Bellevue Utilities is currently developing the 2027–2028 budget and utility rates. As part of this process, we are actively engaging with the community to gather input, understand priorities, and ensure our plans reflect the needs and values of those we serve. Community feedback will help inform decisions and guide a balanced, transparent approach.
