Neighborhood Email Updates

We maintain a community-wide email distribution system to help keep residents informed and connected. Through this system, the WHCCA board and committees share timely updates, helpful reminders, and information that supports a strong, engaged neighborhood.

What You’ll Receive

Residents on the mailing list will periodically receive messages such as:

  • Announcements about WHCCA events and activities
  • Neighborhood news and updates
  • Information from WHCCA committees
  • Notices relevant to many households (e.g., safety reminders, community resources)

Emails will always come from info@whcca.org.

Make Sure You Receive Our Emails

To prevent messages from being filtered into your spam or junk folder, please add info@whcca.org to your email service’s allowed list, safe senders list, or contacts.
This simple step helps ensure you don’t miss important neighborhood information.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

If you’re a resident and haven’t received the first email by the first week of February 2026 — or if you’re new to the neighborhood, have paid dues, and haven’t received any messages for three months — please contact info@whcca.org. We can check the mailing list and make sure your address is included.
If you previously unsubscribed and would like to be added back, feel free to reach out as well.

About the Mailing List

  • The list includes email addresses maintained in the WHCCA resident database.
  • If you ever feel the regular updates are more than you need, you’re welcome to opt out of the mailing list. Just use the “unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of any message you receive.
  • We encourage residents to keep their email address on file with WHCCA so the board and block captains can reach the neighborhood when it truly matters. Critical community alerts, such as disaster‑response information, may still be sent to everyone when necessary, even if you’ve opted out of general updates.
