The WHCCA is reconstituted!
At the November 7, 2019 annual meeting, the association attracted additional board members and volunteers at large to ensure that WHCCA remains active and effective.
Among the 2020 plans we are continuing the normal family events like the Easter Egg Hunt, “America’s Birthday”July 4th Celebration, and the August Ice Cream Social.
Other events and programs attendees suggested were Neighborhood Clean Up, a Community Garage Sale, Garden Club, Block Centered Gourmet Clubs, Walking Clubs, and Welcome Wagons in each Block.
The board encourages residents to suggest additional programs — some adult centered only — that provide value added to residents of Whispering Heights & Collingwood.
We welcome your suggestions. In order to ensure WHCCA’s sustainability, we also must attract additional dues. Suggested annual dues from residents is $30 but any amount is welcome.
